1. Eligibility & account

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, and export controls);
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or material designed to defraud or mislead users;
• Host or transmit child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or unlawful violence;
• Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam");
• Disrupt or attempt to disrupt the Service, interfere with other users, or access data you are not authorized to access.

We may suspend or terminate access, and remove content, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload or deploy through the Service. You grant webprompter.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload your content and that such content does not infringe any third-party right or violate any law.

4. Automation & agents

You are solely responsible for any actions taken under your account or with your credentials, including actions performed by software, scripts, automations, or AI agents acting on your behalf.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and all related materials are owned by webprompter.ai and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or sublicense the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. After termination, your content may be deleted following a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will webprompter.ai or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless webprompter.ai from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which webprompter.ai is established, without regard to its conflict-of- laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer- protection law provides otherwise.
